| Description (Service) | Walk-In Wellness Group Counselling Sessions morning, afternoon & evening sessions available every week. Join anytime. No waiting lists. Ongoing series of 90 minute sessions covering topics like: Anxiety, depression, sadness, relationship worries, stress, anger, self esteem, etc. Full details on our website https://fswe.ca/counselling/walk-in-wellness/. Can be used to learn current research on mental health issues, learn practical techniques for managing your concerns, while developing hope and resiliency. Walk-In Wellness Groups can be beneficial on their own, before starting individual counselling sessions, or after individual counselling sessions as a refresher. |
