EligibilityEligibility requirements for the Affordable Pass Program for Low Income Families are based on 2008 Statistics Canada's Low-Income Cut Off: 
Income Cut off Point 
* Individuals: $19, 094 after taxes 
* Families of Two: $ 23,769 after taxes 
* Families of Three: $ 29, 222 after taxes 
* Families of Four: $ 35, 480 after taxes 
* Families of Five: $ 40, 239 after taxes 
* Families of Six: $ 45, 385 after taxes 
* Families of Seven: $50, 529 after taxes
ApplicationApplication packages for the general public regarding the Affordable Pass Program can be picked up at: 
The Windsor International Transit Terminal, located at 300 Chatham St W 
Transit Windsor Centre, located at, 3700 North Service Rd E, just off EC Row and Central Avenue 
Online: Affordable Bus Pass Program 
Application Requirements 
* Applicants for the Affordable Pass Program must provide proof of their household income and dependents to be considered for the program. 
Acceptable proof of eligibility includes most recent: 
* Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada 
* Canada Child Benefit Notice or Ontario Child Benefit Notice 
* Verification of Ontario Disability Support Program benefit 
* Verification of current Ontario Works benefits 
* The application form and supporting documentation can then be returned in the pre-addressed envelope and mailed to Transit Windsor. 
* Application Forms obtained online can be dropped off in person or mailed to,

Once an APP application form and supporting documentation have been received by Transit Windsor  
* processing will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to review 
* Upon approval for the Affordable Pass Program, the applicant, their spouse and dependents will receive a letter of determination, which can be redeemed for an affordable bus pass at a cost of $44.00
