| Description (Service) | LINC -- Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) Program offers FREE beginner to advanced English classes to help newcomers learn the English language skills that are essential to their social, economic and cultural integration into Canadian society * Free childcare is available for children 19 months to 6 Yrs old * Transportation assistance is available for eligible clients |
