| Description (Service) | On Track to Success is a student success initiative that supports young people who live in low-income households to graduate high school and move on to a post-secondary education program * provides wrap around support such as free tutoring, mentoring, and financial support * each graduate of the program receives a $4,000 scholarship to put towards their post-secondary education |
