Description (Service) Subsidized accommodations for clients who have a serious and persistent mental illness; who may be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness and are involved with case management services
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * After hours and weekends by appointment only
Areas Served Essex County ; Windsor
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up Adults with serious mental illness who are involved in case management services and want to live as independently as possible

Languages English ; Interpretive Services - French and others upon request and as available.
Fees Program - fees variable, rent is subsidized
