| Description (Service) | Community supports and services to people who have an intellectual disability; Independent Living Support: * Support is provided for individuals who want to live a more independent life Associate Family Support: * Community Living Windsor partners with individuals or families who are interested in becoming an associate family. * We work to match people who have an intellectual disability with others who can provide a caring and stable home environment Supported Community Homes: * Supported community homes provide up to 24 hour a day support for people. |
