Description (Service)Customer Care Centre offers residents easy access to some city services. 
 
Customer Care Centres: are "satellite city halls" that offer a number of municipal services within recreation centres in various wards of the city: 
 
Payment location for: 
* Bus Pass Renewals  
* Dog Licences  
* Parking Tickets (within 20 days of issue date)  
* Recreational Programming and Rentals 
 
Pick-up location for: 
* Activity Guides  
* Building Permit Applications  
* Damage Claim Forms  
* Driveway Approaches Permit Applications  
* Driveway Approaches Front Yard Paving Permit Applications  
* Freedom of Information Request Forms  
* Property Tax Request for Reconsideration Form  
* Property Tax Preauthorized Payment Plan Applications  
* Public Right-of-Way Driveway Permits Checklist  
* Residential Garbage and Recycling Calendars  
* Sewer Connection Information Request Forms

* Photo ID is not available at the Customer Care Centres.

Accepted Payment Methods: 
* Payments are accepted by Debit, Visa, Mastercard and cash. 
 
 
Rec Express Cards: 
The easy-to-use, reloadable smart cards make gift giving easy. Load the card with any dollar amount and let the receiver choose from the hundreds of programs offered by Parks and Recreation: swimming, sports, arts and culture, birthday parties, room rentals, skating, etc. 
 
The cards never expire and are easily available at all community centres, pools and arenas.

Mon-Thu: 9 am-8 pm 
Fri: 9 am-5 pm 
Sat: 9 am-1 pm. 
Closed on Statutory Holidays

Mon-Thu: 7 am-8 pm 
Fri: 7 am-6 pm 
Sat: 9 am-1 pm
