Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Personal development program leading toward employment  
* assists Men and Women with a criminal record in developing and enhancing their skills to seek and secure employment  
* offers six 2.5 hr sessions with on-going after care as participants learn how to obtain and secure employment through life skills training
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
Meetings Moderate Intensive Phase: Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon for 1 week, call for date, individual counselling available

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
* Current and ex-offenders, Men & Women 
* individuals with criminal records looking for employment services and finding it hard to find employment
Application * Prospective participants are required to attend an assessment interview prior to acceptance 
* Referrals are accepted from local community agencies, CSC Parole, and Windsor Social Services
