Description and Service Details
Description (Service) * Volunteer based non-profit wildlife rehabilitation organization  
* provides treatment and temporary care of injured, sick, or orphaned wildlife  
* subsequent release of healthy animals into the appropriate habitats in the wild  
* offers information on dealing with nuisance animals such as raccoons, skunks and opossums  
* centre does not provide cages or trapping services for wild animals 
* will not pick up dead birds
Hours Sun-Mon: 8 am-8 pm (leave message)

Eligibility * Anyone needing Information or services regarding wildlife animals. 
* Volunteers always welcome (Training provided) 
* Eligible for high school “40 Hours Community Involvement " and Co-op Placement.  
* Mature volunteers needed. (Call for date time of next Orientation).
Application * Assessment required by phone before animal is admitted 
* Animals must be brought in to Erie Wildlife Rescue, volunteers do not transport the animals to the facility
