| Description (Service) | * Assessment, referral and treatment services for persons at risk due to Substance Use Disorder * Outpatient treatment services * Assessment determines clients strengths and required treatment needs * Referrals to local, regional and national services PATHWAYS Group * Targets individuals in denial of any substance use related problems and are referred through a third party source Onward Group * 12 outpatient treatment sessions for those seeking change. Walk in Clinic *Tuesdays 1:30-4:00 and Fridays 9:00-11:30 Family Group * 12 outpatient group treatment sessions for individuals negatively affected by someone else's substance use disorder |
