| Description (Service) | The Rebuilding Wheels Rebuilding Lives (RWRL) program engages high school students to repair donated vehicles for individuals and families living in low income, who are struggling to meet their transportation needs, through a one-time gift of a donated used vehicle in order to gain or maintain employment. * If in need of support through the RWRL program, please download, print, and complete the application form available on the United Way website. * Once the form has been completed, please submit it to Family Services Windsor-Essex for review and approval by: mail , fax or email (see application section) * if immediate assistance is required in completing this form, please contact Family Services Windsor-Essex by calling the office phone number |

| Eligibility | In order to be eligible for the Rebuilding Wheels Rebuilding Lives, an individual or family must be able to demonstrate that all other funding opportunities have been exhausted. * Applicant must be living on low income and be a resident of Windsor or Essex County * Applicant must have a valid Ontario driver's license * Applicant must have a verifiable job * Applicant must be able to afford ongoing cost of car ownership (fuel, insurance, regular maintenance as needed) |

We help people complete forms, applications & income taxes; deal with hoarding, bullying and financial issues; and find/maintain affordable rental housing. We help individuals, couples and families manage life, marriage and family challenges; deal with arising issues and resolve conflicts; address anxiety, depression, anger, loss, grief, as well as addiction, sexuality, mental health and wellness issues. |
