Description (Service) * English language training program for permanent residents and convention refugees only.  
* Child Care for Newcomer Children (offered to parents enrolled in the program).
Hours Admin: Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm 
CLB (Canadian Language Benchmarks) Levels 1-5, Literacy and Seniors class: Mon-Fri, 9 am-11:30 am  
Literacy and CLB Levels 1-5: Mon-Fri, 12:30 pm-3 pm 
CLB level 1/2 Mon & Wed 6 pm-8:30 pm (child care not available) 
CLB level 3/4 Tue & Thu 6 pm-8:30 pm (child care not available)

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
* Permanent residents, and convention refugees. 
* Child care:children 6 mos to 6 yrs for parents that are attending English classes at the YMCA
Application * Language assessment: at the Language Assessment and Resource Centre.  
* Registration process required.  
* Immigration documents are required for registration.
