Description (Service) Employment programs and services for newcomers (conventional refugees and permanent residents) to Canada 
We offer: 
* English classes 
* Settlement Worker 
* Job search assistance 
* Computer training 
* Connecting Newcomer Youth Program (ages 14-24) 
* Ready to Work Program (Certifications in Customer Service) 
* On-site Child Care for Newcomer Children  
 
Other services include: 
* Food Bank 
* Coats for Kids 
* Keep the Heat
Hours Mon-Fri: 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Essex County
Eligibility Ages: 14 year(s) and up 
 
* 14 years and older 
* Permanent Resident or Convention Refugee 
* Child Care age requirement: ages 19 months to 6 years
