Description (Service) Smokers' Helpline is a free and confidential service 
* provides personalized support, advice and information about quitting smoking 
* offers help and guidance to make a quit-smoking plan

Hours Mon-Thu, 8 am-9 pm * Fri, 8 am-6 pm * Sat, Sun, 9 am-5 pm
